Refund policy
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review product descriptions, dimensions, and images carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about an item, feel free to contact us at shop@warandpeas.com before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Be ready to provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
- Do not dispose of the packaging, as this might be requested by the shipping provider.
Once we confirm the issue, we will promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
