Shipping policy

1.  Shipping Location

All orders are fulfilled and shipped out in Germany. We process and ship orders twice a week to ensure timely delivery. 

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 


2. Shipping Carriers

We ship all orders using trusted carriers:

  • DHL for international and domestic shipping.
  • Deutsche Post for smaller parcels and certain domestic shipments.

Both services include tracking to provide peace of mind and transparency about your shipment’s progress.

 


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

 


4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Within Germany: [1-3 business days]
  • EU Countries: [3-7 business days]
  • Rest of the World: [7-14 business days]

Please note that delivery times are approximate and may be affected by customs delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

 


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us at hello@warandpeas.com. Also be sure to check your spam folder.

 


6. Customs and Duties

For international orders, customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. 

For our U.S. customers: For all orders shipped to the United States, we use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. This means that all customs duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. Your order will be delivered to your door with no additional charges due on delivery.


7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of the delivery date.
  2. Be prepared to provide your order number and clear photographs of the damage or evidence of the lost package.

We will work with you to resolve the issue by resending the item or issuing a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

In the case of a lost shipment, please contact us at shop@warandpeas.com so that we can file a claim with the shipping provider as well as confer about a reshipment or refund.

We reserve the right to update this shipping policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
